I was introduced to kettle bells by a friend. He told me about Brian's introduction to kettle bell class. Being I have never used kettle bell's I was excited to try. Brian is an excellent teacher and takes the time with each person in the class. He explains each move so anybody can understand it. By the end of the class I was hooked. He gives you a simple workout to do 3 times a week. I did the workouts he said to do, but I did modify it just a bit using all the things Brian teached me. I started at 260 lbs with a 38-40 inch waist using a 35lb kettle bell. Four months later I am at 213lbs, 34 inch waist, pressing a 55lb kettle bell with one arm for reps. I have been using the 55lb bell going on my 2nd week. I am seeing that the bell is getting a little easier than the first day.

I haven't worked with kettlebells before and thought it important to get some proper training. While I was reading more about this form of exercise, it just happened that a local newspaper story pointed me in Brian's direction, and I signed up right away! I appreciated Brian's teaching skill and the way he taught us the basics, with patience and proper guidance. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to learn more and get a good start!

Brian does an amazing job of both verbally instructing and physically demonstrating each facet of an exercise. He builds the movement from the ground up, so that each part of the movement is understood before he adding to it.
Brian's personality is fantastic and his enthusiasm can really fire you up to make yourself work! Overall, a great coach and instructor and I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

I had never heard of kettle bell training until a friend of mine talked me into going with her. What a great workout! Brian did an excellent job of teaching the class. He was very patient, and right there to explain the techniques to everyone. He made the class very enjoyable by using different techniques every week! Not only did I feel great when I walked out the door, but I couldn't wait to go back the next week. I will definitely be taking another one of Brians classes in the future!

I just completed the Beginner's Bootcamp with Brian. He did an excellent job introducing me to the technique of kettlebell training. His emphasis on safety and form along with his creative challenges and encouragement created a very enjoyable work-out. This was our first experience with kettlebells and Brian did a great job teaching us the technique of kettlebell training and keeping us challenged. I have enjoyed training with Brian for several months and will continue to do so on a regular basis. The workout is a good mix of stretching,cardio and strength training. Brian has taught me the proper techniques of the kettlebell and continues to teach me new exercises. Brian packs a variety of exercises into a short time and makes each workout different. I just completed Brian's Kettlebell Bootcamp. Woohaa!! It was a great workout! He made sure we were properly using the kettlebells as to not get injured and challenged us on many levels! By going through the bootcamp, I have definately become stronger, especially my upper body, and I'm getting more flexible. I like that Brian makes stretching an important part of working out.

I was on a two year hiatus with no real work-outs when I needed some motivation to get back in shape. Brian Jones and kettlebell training have provided me with that motivation. I have completed seven sessions with Brian. During that time I feel he has done an exceptional job in explaining and demonstrating kettlebells. This is not something to attemp to learn from a video. Brian's expertise has ensured that I use proper technique. I feel that I can safely perform the exercises without injury because of his instruction.
The work-outs provide flexibility, strenth, and cardio training in a short amount of time, which is important for my schedule. I am already feeling stronger and more energetic since beginning my kettlebell training. I'm looking forward to more positive results!

Upon recommendation from our chiropractor, I attended a basic session with Brian. I had heard of kettle bells but never experienced them. What a great work out in a limited amount of time. Brian is enthusiastic, patient and encouraging. He has a high level of respect for the training and safety of the Russian Kettle Bells. Never once did I feel rushed or unsafe. My recommendation and challenge is to anyone, anywhere, just try it once. The hour plus drive was worth every minute of training with Brian. Thank you!

Brian did an AWSOME job training me on how to use Kettlebells. He was very patient and took his time to make sure that I was doing them the correct way and was getting the proper workout. He made sure that I knew that stretching was a huge part of the program.

He was so very patient with me and I felt that he really wanted the best fom me. He explained every aspect of each routine. It was a very fun class.

I recently attended a group training session at IMPACT Kettlebell Training Studio in Peosta, IA. It was truly two full hours of hands on, under the watchful eye of an experienced trainer with emphasis on proper technique for the greatest Impact and Personal Safety.
Brian's training presentation was focused, fast paced and exciting, reflecting his knowledge of kettlebells, without jeopardizing the learning experience of those of us who had never worked with kettlebells before.
