I have known Marketa for about 3 years during which she has been an inspiring coach, wise mentor and friend. She has a pragmatic, no nonsense and honest approach to her work.
She has her own schedule of training to achieve her own self improvement goals.
Marketa's in depth knowledge of all things strength or fitness related is considerable.
She has an engaging personality, is witty and fun to be with.
I had no experience of "the gym" or fitness world before meeting Marketa. At 72 I am now stronger than I have been for decades. I consider myself to have been lucky that our paths crossed. I would recommend her to anyone else looking for a "good un." She is the best.

I have been coached by Marketa for the last 3 years. I must have posed a challenge to her as I was then aged 68, of slight build and had done a little pilates before but no strength training. I must say that I have not looked back. I have become leaner and so much stronger. My self confidence has increased. Marketa has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She tailors the session to suit the clients. She works you hard but doesn't cut corners. Everything is done with the correct form in mind so that injuries are avoided. She is flexible and can change her original plan for the day to suit your individual needs. She is good fun and has a wry sense of humour. Marketa practices what she preaches. Some of the work-outs she does herself are jaw-dropping. She keeps up to date with current practice and research. I feel that she is totally committed to her clients and is genuinely pleased when you make progress.
If I can keep training for 3 days a week aged 71 so can you- why not give it a go!
