I was pretty much skin on bones until I met Prassi and he convinced me to join him on his workouts (I'm still skinny but at least I'm strong compared to earlier). His brilliant tutoring is what is responsible for the healthy and fit body that I have now. He has a knack for making lazy people like me want to workout without us realizing that we're doing it regularly and by the time we realize it the discipline is already so ingrained into us that we continue it even in his absence ( I had to change cities at one point due to which I can't work out with him anymore :( ). He tailors each person routine to their bodies current capabilities, always providing alternate exercises if needed, builds not just their physical fitness level but also their confidence in themselves, this is what makes him unique. I could barely do a single pullup and within a year he had me doing muscle ups, all because he gave me the confidence and training required to try it without any self doubt. He always pushes you to the next rep which he knows you're capable of performing, even if you think you can't do it, whilst making sure you do not harm yourself and his training sessions are always lighthearted and fun which further makes you wanna do it. I wish i was still in the same city as him so I could work out with him.
Thank you for everything Prassi, I will take whatever you taught me with me, wherever I am, for as long as I'm alive. I sincerely hope I get to workout with you again :)

Prassana is an exceptional fitness coach. I am struggling with various injuries like Knee , hip , tennis elbow etc but instead of asking me to give up Prasanna came up with a customised routine specifically designed for me and ensured that I am working out in a way which can help me to recover faster from my injuries. I have been training with Prasanna for 3 years now.
I was overweight and couldn't exercise much. Prasanna helped me hit a few personal health goals doing simple exercises regularly that didn't require too much gym equipment. He helped me push my boundaries but never to the extent that I injured myself. He is attentive and places a huge emphasis on breathing and keeping posture correct. If there is some exercise that I am unable to do, he is ready with an alternate way to do the same.

I’ve been training with Prasai for last 2 years and can say that he is very knowledgeable and focuses on the core strengthening (which was my focus). With his help, discipline and guidance on right posture, I was able to excel in running and get my PB. He pushes you to the right extent such as to take you out of comfort zone but keeps you injury free! He helps understand the technical behind each exercise / posture as well! Thank you Prasanna!!
