 Eli has been training in some capacity for most of his life, with an emphasis on strength training over the past 10 plus years. A personal trainer since 2021, he dove into kettlebell training and became an RKC in March 2022. Hist style is to lead with empathy, meeting each individual exactly where they are to discover sustainable and repeatable workout habits.
 
In addition to kettlebells, Eli has a strong background in calisthenics, barbell, dumbbell, and resistance band training. In the early phases of the pandemic he transitioned his training to use minimal equipment and still get a fantastic workout consistently.

Eli is a wonderful instructor who really knows how to connect with people and meet them where they're at. He is always learning and growing, and that truly comes through in his teaching style. Eli always has a plan to give you the best workout that will fit your needs, AND can adapt and change it up on the fly. He is excellent at holding space for folks and creating opportunities for you to show up however you are, and leave feeling like a better version of who you want to be. I've been a gym rat for 25 years, and an instructor for 10 years, and I highly recommend this Coach!
