Eli has been training in some capacity for most of his life, with an emphasis on strength training over the past 10 plus years. A personal trainer since 2021, he dove into kettlebell training and became an RKC in March 2022. Hist style is to lead with empathy, meeting each individual exactly where they are to discover sustainable and repeatable workout habits.
In addition to kettlebells, Eli has a strong background in calisthenics, barbell, dumbbell, and resistance band training. In the early phases of the pandemic he transitioned his training to use minimal equipment and still get a fantastic workout consistently.
