Since qualifying as a personal trainer i have continued to gain knowledge in the following areas:
- Pre and Post natal exercise and nutrition
- Lower back and Knee pain relief through exercise
- GP referrals
- Functional exercise and Suspension Training
I have also enjoyed qualifying as an indoor cycling instructor and teaching spin classes.
I teach group exercise sessions in kettlebells, body weight, bootcamps in local parks and community hubs.
A little about me...
In my younger teen years i hated exercise and was a yoyo dieter until my early twenties. As i have gotten older i appreciate the prupose of exercise to strengthen and improve movement. Since then my nutrition supports that and i have found a healthy lifestyle and enjoy helping others find the joy in exercise and the freedom with nutrition.
