Alan Heintz is lifelong learner with a history of competing in various sports, modalities within weightlifting and cardiovascular endurance. Over the past decade, Alan has coached youth sports, led small group studies on self awareness and whole person health, and is a Board Member for a nonprofit start up focusing on mental health and healing through community.
Alan's approach to physical wellness and strength starts with eliminating training barriers and developing the athlete as a whole; Focusing on core strength, stability, mobility, mindset and breath work. These are the building blocks for progressing towards dynamic strength movements, outstanding cardio health, and more importantly, an active and fulfilling life!
