10/10 Belle of the Bells

I've been going to the Kickbox Haus for over a year now, and don't go anywhere else! Michelle knows what she's talking about when it comes to Kettlebells! Before I found her gym, I'd been to other gyms where they worked with kettlebells, but didn't really correct form. Once I started taking Michelle's class, I realized I (and countless others) have been using kettlebells incorrectly. Now that I have been using them correctly, it's amazing how fast results can be seen! My butt has never looked better (and bigger, in the good way), and my back and arms are tighter.
Michelle always pushes students and pushes you to train hard and keep upping your weights. So often, women are told to "go light," when really, they should be working just as hard as the guys to up the weight and get stronger. Michelle is a reminder that weightlifting doesn't mean bulk! Strong, lean arms are where it's at!
The thing I like the best about Michelle's classes is that she is always finding new exercises to do with kettlebells, which means always switching up the workouts and keeping your mind and body sharp!

I was working out at a gym for the longest time and I wasn't seeing the results I wanted to see on my body. I found The Kickbox Hause over a year ago and since then I have quit my gym and found that the best body strengthing and conditioning exercise is kettle bells.
Since taking kettle bell classes with Michelle my body has seen amazing results, not only have I gotten a great booty, but my whole outlook on conditioning has changed. Michelle's classes are always fun but they are not easy. She is very strict about taking your time and doing the correct form. I have seen girls walk into class not knowing how to swing and leave being rockstars. I was once an amateur and now I challenge myself every single time because she pushes me to.
After lifting regular weights for years I could never go back. Kettle bells, used the right way, can hit all the spots and really improves your form. My form is better for everything. From squats to lunges to deadlifts, kettle bell classes with Michelle allow me to focus and get the kind of workout I wasn't able to get anywhere else.
