It was a great opportunity to hear a different perspective on body weight training and sharpen my skills. This course challenged some of my philosophies, but in a way that got me thinking of how I can improve my coaching & training abilities.
Quality of course was excellent for its intended purpose. Adrienne did a great job demonstrating the exercises. Mike Krivka was extremely helpful and provided great feedback. He & Adrienne made a great team. Overall I got some great tips from the course and think it is a good concept.

SCC was a good introduction into bodyweight training. It makes me want to explore it further.
Adrienne Harvey is very knowledgeable, inspiring, kind of the ideal trainer. She knows how to push and encourage. Mike (the host) provided excellent tips and added much to the instruction.

Engaging from start to finish! Adrienne Harvey knows what she is talking about and teaching. Her Enthusiasm and passion for what she does definitely shines through in her instruction. She takes the SCC training/certification to a whole new level. I would take another cert w/her (and/or Mike Krivka) in a heartbeat!

The SCC helped to solidify my understanding of the progressions and when it’s appropriate to use an easier progression.
Adrienne was very knowledgeable across the spectrum of progressions and was able to answer all questions. Mike (our host) added Key insight multiple times throughout the session.
I’ve attended private kettlebell instruction with a RKC and one group seminar with a Senior RKC. Both were fantastic. I feel that the SCC is equal in quality, scope and practical use.

An awesome way to spend a weekend day for people who are interested in expanding their knowledge of human movement and ways to improve bodyweight exercise performance
Adrienne Harvey (W/some occasional sage advice from Michael Krivka) obviously knows what she is teaching and can both perform the techniques herself as well as clearly explain them. Sometimes at the same time!
A lot of information at one time but clearly presented. Techniques were demonstrated well and variation were discussed.
I LOVED that it was packaged w/ the HKC and that I didn’t have to go to New York City to do it.

The certification not only provided the expected break down of movements + progressions, it gave a fantastic overview to training and programming. This course is both incredibly useful for client training and for preparing for the PCC.
Adrienne is an excellent instructor. It is clear she has been working with groups and on calisthenics for some time. Her command both of the movements and her skill in explaining those movements and how to achieve them is great!
This training matched the high standard I have come to expect from Dragon Door Certifications. They are head and shoulders above others.

Exemplary! Adrienne was awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable, accessible, willing to answer questions as well as solicited questions.
All high quality, thorough scope and very practical. A good balance of talking, teaching and doing.
