I had the chance to meet Kenneth experience at the May '08 RKC in Denmark..well I was really impressed. He is the example of his methods and knowledge and the living evidence of being the athlete that he is. Watching him "playing" with kettlebells is exhlarating.and addictive at the same time.

A great highlight of the RKC Certification Course 2008 May Budapest!
He has a most impressing background of serious scientific research, and he also knows how to boil down this huge knowledge into simply put key points of practical relevance, guiding you unerringly to the results you are striving for. Last, but not least, he is a living evidence of the effectiveness of his methods. An exceptional athlete and instructor, a true example to live by.

I had the opportunity to learn under kenneth during the April '08 RKC in Minneapolis. Simply put, Kenneth is an excellent instructor who is able to take his expansive knowledge and teach it to an individual at any level of training. I was very impressed and have nothing but praise.

The Dane of most Pain.
Rated 10 out of 10
I have been with KJ on kettlebell maneuvers and beyond since the summer of ought-five. I have watched him progress from an existing stable base of disciplined studies and applications of strength, to now a Master ranking in the program of RKC. If we are the Hard Style congress, then he is our deputized Dane of Pain.

DO YOU WANT IT ENOUGH???
Rated 10 out of 10
If you want to get to that next level of ability, if you want to perform better, jump higher, move faster, throw farther, swim faster, get stronger... if you want to reach your peak performance, Kenneth may be the man for you... but only if you want to work at the highest level of your capacity and ability AT ALL TIMES...
I have had the opportunity to not only be a student of Kenneth's, but as a student WITH Kenneth as well, and I can tell you first hand that the breadth of his knowledge is unbelievable... Coupled with his insatiable desire to learn, his ability to synthesize information and to effectively instruct and coach, he is THE choice if you are truly serious about making gains.
Make a commitment to work hard, perhaps harder than you think you can... but whether for yourself individually, or for your team or school, Kenneth is the one that will make it HAPPEN...
Be like a Viking and train with one!!!

Strong and FUNNY!
Rated 10 out of 10
I have had the benefit, honor and pleasure of learning from Kenneth Jay for many years. My first exposure to Mr. Jay was in 2006 at the April RKC certification were he was assisting my team. From then to the most recent opportunity at the Atlanta workshop hosted by Condition Gym (2009)he has never failed to impress. He has a knack for taking complicated subjects and giving a simple-to-understand answer. His vast knowledge is coupled with a sense of purpose and the desire to give the best to his student/clients. I highly recommend taking every opportunity to attend any function that Mr. Jay is scheduled to instruct. His Olympian level knowledge, skill and protocols must be experienced first hand! Oh, He is really FUNNY too!

I like the dead clean....
Rated 10 out of 10
Ken:
I am a bowlers, and I just want to let you know how, just like with your swimmers, the dead clean has helped me with my sport.
With bowling, you want to have a free armswing at the side of your body. As you can probably figure out, in order to do this you have to externally/laterally rotate your shoulder and keep it there. Unfortanately most training encourages medial/internal rotation of the shoulder.
I have been using the dead cleans (24kg x 3 x 15) to change the natural amount of rotation in the shoulder, thus: * Making it easier to repeat shots * Improve ball speed * expend less energy per shot
I got this from your teleseminar and was able to put it into practice. Unlike most sport scientists, I can use what you give me.
