  • Experience instructing athletes on foundational strength/stability and agility/speed work to set them up for success, health and performance in their sport of choice.
  • Experience combining kettlebells & baseball skill teaching to include throwing arm health and performance.
  • Teach 1 on 1 kettle bell instruction and small groups ranging from 3 - 13 students on a weekly basis.  Adults and kids ages 9- 75.
  • Focus on triphasic conditioning
